Refund Policy for DigitalyzeMe

However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is requested. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.

1. Refund Eligibility:
a. Digital Marketing Services: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for our digital marketing services. If you are not satisfied with the results within the first 30 days of service, you may request a refund.

b. Website Design & Development Services: Refunds for website design and development services are considered on a case-by-case basis. We will evaluate refund requests based on the progress of the project and the extent of work completed.

c. SEO Services: If you are not satisfied with our SEO services within the first 30 days, you may request a refund. However, if significant work has been performed, the refund amount may be prorated.

2. Refund Request Process:
a. To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team via email at [digitalyzeme@gmail.com, support@digitalyzeme.com] within the specified timeframe mentioned above.

b. Provide detailed information about the reasons for your refund request, including any supporting evidence.

c. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Note- This agreement begins with an initial payment of 50% to 70%. If [User] halts work and applies for a refund within 2 days, work completed shall be billed at the hourly rate of [USD 3], and deducted from the initial payment, the balance of which shall be returned to [User]. If, at the time of the request for refund, work has been completed beyond the amount covered by the initial payment, [User] shall be liable to pay for all work completed at the hourly rate stated above. No portion of this initial payment will be refunded unless requested within 2 days of signing this contract. Most of the services we provide has clarified payment and refund terms.

3. Refund Approval:
a. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

b. Refunds will be granted in the same currency as the original transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Services:
a. Certain services or products may not be eligible for refunds. These include domain registration fees, third-party software or tools, and any services explicitly labeled as non-refundable during the purchase.

5. Changes to Services:
a. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion. In such cases, eligible refunds will be issued to affected clients.

6. Termination of Services:
a. If a client violates our terms of service or engages in any fraudulent activity, their eligibility for a refund may be forfeited.
